Town of Sherman Board of Supervisors Special Meeting

The Town Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on Tuesday, February 7th to discuss land division and re-zone requests by three separate petitioners. During the monthly board meeting that followed the public hearing, the agenda items to “discuss and take action” were erroneously omitted; therefore, the board has scheduled this special meeting to take action on these requests.

3. Discussion and Action: A request for a land division by Dale & Stephanie Schueller, N943 Hwy I, to divide a 5-acre parcel located on County Hwy I, into two parcels, (1) 3-acres to remain zoned A-2, and (2) 2-acres to be rezoned R-2. Parcel #59028425851, S.22 T.13 R.21
4. Discussion and Action: A request for a land division and rezone by Robert Susen, 360 Pioneer Dr., Fredonia, to divide a 40.55-acre parcel located at N1635 Bates Road, Adell, into two parcels, (1) 5.75 acres to be rezoned A-2, and (2) 34.75-acres to be rezoned A-1 PR. Parcel #59028423850, S. 15 T. 13 R.21
5. Discussion and Action: A request for a land division by Mary Ann Zuengler, W5033 County Road W, Waldo, to divide a 24.92-acre parcel located at the same address into two parcels (1) 4+-acres, and (2) 20-acres. Both parcels to remain A-3. Parcel #59028420410, S. 2 T. 13 R.21
